So it’s been about three weeks and the garden has been taking off!! I am letting it go purely natural, not cutting, no trimming, no nothing (Shelley has been doing great trying to keep it weeded, but it’s GA, so yeah). So just wanted to give an update,. sorry for the blurry pictures.
Mahi mahi on the plank, side of shrimp and corn on the cob. Sadly I did not prep my Weber kettle this year correctly. I’m gonna have to get busy tomorrow to prep it right. I had to put the fish in the oven at the last minute,. but still pretty darn good.
First tomato of the year,. very surprised it was the San Marzano’s first,. looking forward to some amazing Sunday gravy with these
Rough week,. but it ends, as it always ends,.. with good eats. Simple BBQ chicken and corn on the Weber kettle. Add some beans,. and we are good.
